Assoc. Prof. Dr. Levent Renda
Levent Renda was born in Trabzon, 1977.
After finishing middle and high school in Trabzon, he studied his medical degree in Istanbul University Cerrahpasa Medical Faculty. He obtained his medical doctor title in 2001. He continued his otolaryngology education, through the years 2003-2009 at Ankara Dıskapı Research and Training Hospital. After residencyship, he worked as ENT specialist at Erzincan Military Hospital. Between 2010-2013 he worked at Ankara Polatlı State Hospital. In 2013, he started to work as an academic staff at Antalya Research and Training Hospital. In 2014, he obtained the 'Fellow of European Board of Otolaryngology' title in Vienna. Between 2017-2018, he did a head neck oncological surgery clinical fellowship at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital under Prof.Kai-Ping Chang in Taipei. During his time in the Taipei, he attended many surgeries including oral cavity cancers, laryngeal cancer surgeries, and repair of the head and neck region. He also attended Asia-Pasific congress including Joint meetings between Taiwan-Japan and Taiwan-Korea. After returning to Turkey, he visited Prof.Giovanni Succo, former general secretary of the Italian society of Otorhinolaryngology at Candiolo Cancer Institute in Torino, Italy. He later became an asisstant professor in March 2019. Also he obtained Da Vinci Console Surgeon certificate in May 2019, in Strasbourg. Dr.Levent Renda published over 30 both national and international articles. His scientific were referenced more than 70 times from all over the world. He attended many natioanl and international Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery meetings. He is the member of Turkish Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery Association, and Robotic Otolaryngology society. Dr.Levent Renda is currently an active staff of the Antalya Memorial Hospital.
